Traci Tobergte is an experienced instructional designer with over 15 years of instructional design and facilitator experience working for non-profit and government agencies such as Greater Cincinnati United Way, Girl Scouts, and Navy Fleet and Family Readiness. In this capacity, she worked as an Instructional Designer/ Developer, Master Trainer, and Adult Development Manager.

For hobbies, Traci enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and expressing her creativity through various art mediums such as painting, drawing, and photography.

FUTURE GOALS
My future goals after graduating from Purdue University M.Ed of Learning and Technology is to continue the expansion of instructional design and performance improvement skills and knowledge through formal and informal learning methods. My next steps include pursuing a PhD in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology and an MBA with a concentration in Consulting.
